There were rumors of a traveling vampire circus coming to Divine Sadism. Hidden from mortal eyes, known for centuries as a place of dark spectacle, the tent only appears once every thirteen year – on Halloween night.
As the circus performers gathered for one last rehearsal before their grand performance, Rafa, the circus Ringmaster is murdered. Miss Rosa, the Mistress of Secrets, Lady Cythe and her band of fire dancers Xara, Rain, and Rufus, Kitty the Illusionist and Talis, her partner in magic, Mick the fire juggling Viking, Miss Jaymie and her target for knife throwing, Dolly, and the Thorn Clown, Caleb, were all suspects.
Only at the end was the killer revealed, the devious and clever Mistress of Secrets herself, Miss Rosa!
