Power exchange in general, and Femdom in particular (that’s really why i’m here, after-all) ) can often rightly be very serious business. Deep emotions are being tapped into between Goddess and slave: trust, dedication, bonding, cherishing, caring, affection, The list goes on and on and is as exquisitely unique as the people involved. So is there room for humor and playfulness in a slave’s submission to a Goddess?
The answer is a resounding ‘Yes’! Maybe not for E/everyone, but for those who can find a place for it in their minds and ways, absolutely. Drawing on my own experience at DSF, I’ve felt the Goddess’ playfulness used as a form of control and humiliation that deepened my submission.
Their sweet laughter as I was taunted into trying to push back just a little beckoned me to my place in their firm grasp. It was a playful no-win trap set for me that neatly turned around on my own ‘pulling on the leash’ phrase.
Doing the chicken dance with a chicken head over my own would take some explaining, to say the least, in most circumstances. But ordered to it among the Goddesses at DSF, I felt my initial pangs of embarrassment fade as my happiness at delighting Them with my ridiculous display grew. My ego – which I haven’t fully learned yet to check at the door – silently retreated as I focused on the Goddess’ feelings rather than my own.
One more place for humor i’ll sneak in before signing off is as a small act of tugging on the leash by the slave. Permissible only up to the point that it amuses the Goddesses, it perhaps can lead to a fuller sense of submission as They choose how best to interact with it. In the interest of journalistic curiosity, this columnist will find out!
